Jumprope Revival

Jumprope Revival is an organization that makes fitness fun, quick, and effective using a jump rope as a way to help people jump into their faith.  

A jump rope fitness workout is one of the most efficient calorie-burning workouts; 10 minutes with the rope is equivalent to 30 minutes of running. With the rope you get a fun, full body workout that not only fits your schedule but that you can do just about anywhere. It is easy to get started, no matter what your fitness level.

With Jumprope Revival, our jump rope workouts range from 5 to 30 minutes each performed two to five days a week based on your fitness level and goals. 

Included in our workouts and tutorials is a Bible devotion rounding out body training with faith training. Jumprope Revival will help you become healthier physically and spiritually.
